There was talk RIM would not release a BES compatible version for Exchange Server 2010 until Q1 2010. Well, RIM & Microsoft released updates to make it happen sooner. 3 updates are needed, 2 from Microsoft (MAPI update and Exchange Roll-up) and 1 from RIM (MR update). Specific details are here.
